Haylee is a local graphic design student turned tattoo artist in 2021 with a passion for art, design, and a spunky personality. Her art school background led to a love of custom tattoos and all the details. She is known all over Abilene for her unique and stunning Fine-line designs. Not only does she tattoo, but she is also a certified Tooth Gem Technician.
